នៅព្រឹកថ្ងៃអាទិត្យ ទី១៩ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ ព្រះសហគមន៍កាតូលិកជ្រៃធំ នៃមណ្ឌលសកម្មភាពព្រះសហគមន៍ទន្លេបាសាក់ បានរៀបចំពិធីដ៏មហោឡារិក ដោយមានបេក្ខជនសរុប ៧០ នាក់ បានទទួលអគ្គសញ្ញា លាបថ្ងាស់ (Confirmation) និង ៣៥ នាក់ បានទទួល ព្រះកាយព្រះគ្រីស្តលើកទី១ (First Communion)។
ពិធីនេះបានប្រព្រឹត្តទៅក្រោមអធិបតីភាពដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់របស់ លោកអភិបាល អូលីវីយ៉េ អភិបាលព្រះសហគមន៍កាតូលិកភូមិភាគភ្នំពេញ។
ក្នុងធម្មទេសនាដ៏មានខ្លឹមសារ លោកអភិបាល អូលីវីយ៉េ បានលើកទឹកចិត្តដល់គ្រីស្តបរិស័ទទាំងអស់ ឲ្យយកចិត្តទុកដាក់បំពេញតួនាទីជា «ទូតនៃសេចក្តីសង្ឃឹម»។ លោកបានបញ្ជាក់ថា តួនាទីនេះមិនមែនគ្រាន់តែជាការប្រកាសដោយបបូរមាត់ប៉ុណ្ណោះទេ ប៉ុន្តែត្រូវក្លាយជា អ្នកកសាងសេចក្តីសង្ឃឹម ពិតប្រាកដ។
ដោយថ្លែងក្នុងបរិបទ «ឆ្នាំនៃសេចក្តីសង្ឃឹម» លោកអភិបាលបានរំលឹកពីការអញ្ជើញរបស់សម្តេចប៉ាប ដោយជំរុញឲ្យបងប្អូន៖
• ធ្វើជាស្ពាន រវាងប្រជាជន និងប្រជាជន ដើម្បីសុខសន្តិភាព ជាពិសេសអធិដ្ឋានសម្រាប់សន្តិភាពរវាងប្រទេសជាតិ និងសន្តិភាពផ្ទាល់ខ្លួន។
• ក្លាយជាព្យាការីនៃសុខសន្តិភាព ដែលពោរពេញដោយសេចក្តីស្រឡាញ់ (ជាផលផ្លែនៃព្រះវិញ្ញាណ)។
• ចែករំលែកជីវិតជាមួយបងប្អូនឯទៀតៗ និងរស់នៅជាមួយគ្នាជាបងប្អូន ជាគ្រួសារតែមួយ។
ជាចុងក្រោយ លោកអភិបាលបានលើកទឹកខិត្តឲ្យគ្រីស្តបរិស័ទ៖ ទទួលស្គាល់ថា ព្រះជាម្ចាស់ជាសេចក្តីស្រឡាញ់, ទុកចិត្តលើព្រះអង្គ ដោយផ្ញើជីវិតទាំងស្រុង, និង អធិដ្ឋានជានិច្ច ដើម្បីការភ្ជាប់ទំនាក់ទំនងយ៉ាងជ្រាលជ្រៅជាមួយព្រះជាម្ចាស់ តាមរយៈការស្ដាប់ព្រះបន្ទូល អធិដ្ឋានផ្គាំ និងការនមស្ការព្រះកាយព្រះគ្រីស្ត ជាដើម។
On the morning of Sunday, October 19, 2025, the Chrey Thom Catholic Church, of the Tonle Bassac pastoral center, organized a solemn ceremony in which a total of 70 candidates received the Sacrament of Confirmation, and 35 individuals received their First Holy Communion.
The ceremony was presided over by His Excellency Bishop Olivier, the Apostolic Vicar of Phnom Penh.
In a meaningful homily, Bishop Olivier encouraged all the faithful to dedicate themselves to fulfilling the role of an “Missionary of Hope” in this Mission Sunday.
Fillowing the message of the Holy Father for Sunday Mission 2025, he stressed that this role is not merely a declaration of words but requires them to become genuine “Builders of Hope.”
Speaking within the context of the “Year of Hope,” Bishop Olivier urged the faithful to:
• Be a bridge between people, promoting peace, especially by praying for peace between nations and for personal peace.
• Become a prophet of peace who is filled with love (which is the fruit of the Holy Spirit).
• Share life with others and live together as brothers and sisters in one family.
Finally, Bishop Olivier encouraged the faithful to: recognize that God is love, trust in Him by entrusting their entire lives to Him, and pray constantly to establish a deep relationship with God through listening to the Word, meditative prayer, rosary and adoring the Blessed Sacrament (Eucharist with Saint Carlo Acutis especially), among others.
