In this meaningful meeting, the two religious leaders held a cordial and mutually understanding discussion, focusing primarily on the core theme of working together for peace. They also discussed ways to continue encouraging the faithful of both religions (Buddhism and Catholicism) to awaken their spirit of unity within the ethos of loving peace. The two religious leaders expressed a strong common desire, in that spirit, to promote the swift emergence of genuine peace.
