31<\/sup>\u00a0Returning from the territory of Tyre, he went by way of\u00a0Sidon\u00a0towards the Lake of Galilee,\u00a0right\u00a0through the\u00a0Decapolis\u00a0territory.<\/p> 32<\/sup>\u00a0And they brought him a deaf\u00a0man\u00a0who had an impediment in his speech; and they asked him to lay his hand on him.<\/p> 33<\/sup> He took him aside to be by themselves, away from the crowd, put his fingers into the man's ears and touched his tongue with spittle.<\/p> 34<\/sup>\u00a0Then looking up to\u00a0heaven\u00a0he sighed; and he said to him, 'Ephphatha,' that is, 'Be opened.'<\/p> 35<\/sup> And his ears were opened, and at once the impediment of his tongue was loosened and he spoke clearly.<\/p> 36<\/sup>\u00a0And\u00a0Jesus\u00a0ordered them to tell no one about it, but the more he insisted, the more widely they proclaimed it.<\/p> 37<\/sup> Their admiration was unbounded, and they said, 'Everything he does is good, he makes the deaf hear and the dumb speak.'<\/p>","categories":[{"id":160,"name":"Daily Bible"}],"tags":[{"id":188,"name":"Daily Bible"}]}
