He was born, in France, in 1935. He has received the priestly ordination in 1961. He arrived at Cambodia in 1964. On October 5th 1997 he was ordained Apostolic Vicar and appointed Coadjutor of Mgr. Yves Ramousse.
On April 14th 2001 he has succeeded to Mgr. Yves Ramousse as apostolic Vicar of Phnom Penh.

He was born on June 26, 1970 in Strasbourg (France). He completed his school education and priestly formation in France. On June 28th 1998 he was ordained priest and belong to the society Mission Etrangéres de Paris (MEP)
On December 24th, 2009 he was appointed coadjutor bishop for the Apostolic Vicar of Phnom Penh. His Episcopal ordination Bishop on March 20, 2010.
